I'm 66 years old lady living partially in Rome and in the beautiful countryside of Spoleto (Umbria). I retired after 37 years with Procter & Gamble Co. and used to act with a total quality approach in all my life. I take pride in my properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since I am local, I deal with my guests directly with a help of a nice man – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between - who loves this task!.
I enjoy when my guests are satisfied of their stay, and when I can, I try to share with them some moments of a real Italian and roman life.
I received this property from my parents and, since I retired I enjoy this task very much, trying to improve every time I can guests satisfaction.
My property has been just redecorated, it is located in the best area of Rome, close to the Spanish steps. It is fully furnished and have all the amenities of a "real home"! If not, you have only than ask and I will be glad to meet your needs.
