I live and work right near my Zilker Park condo that I rent out every weekend. I take pride in my property and am responsive to any of my renters needs. Since I am local, I deal with my guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. My property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home.
