This home was our own home until just last year. It was our own perfect vacation home from the Nebraska winters, until we retired four years ago. Since then, my growing artwork business brought the need for a larger home and work area. But we loved this Augusta model with its high ceilings and beautiful brightness, and thought others would enjoy its "comfortability" while enjoying all that this gated community has to offer.

We still live here in PebbleCreek (wouldn't EVER live anywhere else), and can provide full service and help to our renters. We can tell you which trails to hike, which theaters to visit, which museums you'll love, and how to find your way around the area.

When you arrive, we will personally greet you, and explain everything about the home to you. You will always be dealing with us, not a management company.
