My name is Yvonne Riba and I'm part of the management team at Sol Caribe, along with my husband Mauricio Riba.
Mauricio is also our chef.
Sol Caribe had been closed until last Christmas while we undertook a comprehensive renovation of the property.
We have many years living in Mexico, most recently in Punta Allen, where we have been locals for years.
