Bob and Linda Nicholson

We are permanent Arizona residents who relocated from the Chicago area. Our main home is 5 minutes from the condo, so we can be easily reached for any questions or problems. We originally planned to retire to this condo, but when it came time to move, we found we just had too much "stuff" and ended up buying a house nearby. We love the unique floor plan of the condo and it's accessibility to area attractions. We are often the only ones using the pool or hot tub, so although those are shared, we've often joked that it felt like we had our own private large pool!
