Originally from Wisconsin, my husband and I were determined to find a lake home in Colorado (not an easy task). Once we found property and built our personal residence on this beautiful lake, we acquired another property and home on the same lake as a summer guest retreat. We both have spent over 25 years, building, and managing homes for others, so we believe our property benefits from professional owner care.
We love to share our piece of heavan with guests, and find that seeing our property through new eyes renews our love for this special area. We see the lake, ponds, animals, big trees, big snow, and big views enchanting.

I stayed at this cabin with a friend while traveling in the area. It's beautifully appointed, right on one of Colorado's few natural lakes, and has an up-to-date kitchen (no scary old appliances). I was in the area again a month ago, and while the trees in the area are being ravaged by pine beetles, there is still quite a bit of biodiversity and a good number of healthy trees remain.
