We are Dick and Eleanor Perry and we have had this home for 48 years as we purchased it when we were newlyweds and have prided ourselves in providing a caring and friendly relationship with our guests, many of whom have become good friends. We have worked together as a family to maintain and operate our two summer rental homes and it has taught our children home maintenance skills as they helped us care for our home to make it as user-friendly and warm as possible for our guests. Our children and grandchildren have wonderful memories of the joyous times spent together on Cape Cod both at work and play as property maintenance is constant work and the satisfaction of accomplishment when a task is completed is a feeling hard to surpass. We look forward to providing our guests another wonderful Cape Cod vacation this summer. We hope you will join us this year.
