My husband & I first came to nevis in 1988 and bought the land in 1989. We have rented our Villa since it was bullet in 1993 and have had 3 families return yearly for the past 15 years. We built the cottage in 2006 and have enjoyed spending our winters in Nevis in either the house or the cottage. We rent either the cottage or the villa depending on availability and would consider renting both together. Our property manager is a wonderful resource who takes eery good care of our guests if we are not on island.
