My wife and I are retired and we live in Oxfordshire in England. We usually only stay in the villa for a month or so during the English winter and like to rent it out to help cover the costs. We love Tobago and its people and the villa is in a fabulous location. We would prefer that it was used rather than having it sit empty and let others enjoy the island at a reasonable cost. We keep a permanent staff comprising manager, maid and gardener so the house and garden are regularly tended to.
