Most of the time we live in the Sandia Mountains of New Mexico, though we spend as much time in Hawaii as possible. Our wonderful Hawaiian property manager, Kealani, will be the one to greet you when you arrive and make sure you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
We are in our 60's. We've purchased this paradisal estate for our retirement, but we can't afford to retire yet - and the mortgage, taxes, upkeep and maintenance are unbelievably expensive. So until we can retire and move to the Big Island, we are making our home available for others to enjoy. Though the rental income doesn't cover the expenses, it does help us stay out of foreclosure. So thank you for renting it and helping us make our retirement dreams come true. It's an extraordinarily beautiful place, certain to bless you.
