My husband and had this property build for us and it has many features which others do not have. It is carefully designed and tenants love it. They feel at home. A very sunny and bright home. I have many repeat tenants,which is a big complement. Also the town is wonderful,with art, antiques,and surrounded with lakes.Great for a boat trip to see the old Florida.Also close to Disney Worlds(45 min.) and an hour from the beach. We like to have tenants who can see how much care we have put into this home .I have been a real estate agent since 1973. My husband is retired.
