We live near Princeton, New Jersey and offer our Cape May home for rentals during most of the summer season. I have spent all of my summers in Cape May, and our beach house has been in the family for two generations. We remind our guests that this is not just a “rental unit”, but our home; and we ask our guests to treat it with the same care and respect as their own property. We take pride in maintaining our property and we annually upgrade, repair, replace and paint portions of the premises. We try our best to be responsive to our renters’ needs and we are usually directly reachable by cell phone. This house is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home! Just bring (or rent) sheets, towels, paper products and your favorite soaps and shampoos. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed appliances and utensils. In addition to your bathing suit, we suggest bringing your bicycles and, of course, a big appetite for the great restaurants.
