Canadian by birth, Bonnie and I have been living in paradise since '84 where we have proudly raise 2 great children. We were awarded the first (of now 65) Coldwell Banker franchises in the mid 90's - Coldwell Banker La Costa Realty. We originally built Casa Caleta to be our own personal residence on one of the most sought after beach locations in PV in Lower Conchas Chinas. By the time it was completed a few years ago our kids were off to College and it was just too big a property for the 2 of us. So, we decided to try our hand at the hospitality/lodging business. We believe that the fact that we are actually living nearby on a full-time basis allows us to continually give Casa Caleta and our valued guests the attention they deserve as opposed to relying on dis-interested and distant 3rd parties. So far it seems to be working beyond every ones' expectations!
