Hello! My partner and I are local green developers and own these 1920's apartment buildings in two of the best, most walkable in-town neighborhoods in Charlotte--Historic Dilworth and Myers Park. Both buildings are located less than 2 miles from Uptown. When we travel ourselves, we prefer to stay in established well-placed homes in the cities we visit, and that is why we decided to offer these furnished apartments for short or long term rental . We take great pride in our properties and our tenants and guests happiness is paramount to us. You will find us and our assistant extremely attentive to any of your needs and we are happy to make any advance preparations you need for your visit. We live nearby, so can address anything that might come up. I'm a native Charlottean, so can help you live like a local, with restaurant suggestions, art openings, etc.
