Hello! My partner and I are local green developers and our company--The Home Collection Charlotte--owns more than 25 furnished residences.

We've renovated 1920's apartment buildings in the best, most walkable in-town neighborhoods in Charlotte--Historic Dilworth, Myers Park and Elizabeth--and furnished the residences with a mix of new, midcentury modern and antique furniture with original artwork. All of these residences are within 2 miles of Uptown Charlotte.

When we travel ourselves, we prefer to stay in established well-placed homes in the cities we visit, and that is why we decided to offer these furnished apartments for short or long term rental . We take great pride in our properties and our guests' happiness is paramount to us.

We're extremely attentive to any of your needs and we are happy to make any advance preparations you need for your visit.

We live nearby, so can address anything that might come up. I'm a native Charlottean, so can help you live like a local, with restaurant suggestions, art openings, etc.
