My husband, Eid, and I live on the ground floor of the villa so are always available to help and assist guests will all of their needs---general advise, organising excursions, shopping, booking restaurants, home deliveries ect.
Guests are provided with a local mobile phone.
I change beds regularly and wash bedding and towels. We also have a cleaner on site so no housework to do!
