About the owner:
I moved to Umbria in 2003 for work and loved the area so much that I stayed here! Starting a new life, I also met my husband Marco here and together we bought Villa Bastiola which we have been restoring over the last few years. Together with our little girl Emma, now 6, we are really happy to have the opportunity to rent out the luxury apartment, giving us the chance to meet guests from all over the world.

Although we have recently relocated back to the UK, we are happy that Villa Bastiola is still enjoyed by our guests!

Why I chose a farmhouse in this location:

We bought Villa Bastiola as it is near to the area where Marco grew up and is close to his family and Emma's grandparents! We wanted to find an old stone farmhouse with lots of character, great views, lots of garden, olive trees but still close to amenities and easy to reach the beautiful towns and cities of Umbria and Tuscany. We were lucky! Villa Bastiola is just what we wanted!
