After living most of my life in Texas (Houston, Austin, Dallas and Tyler) since May, 2000 I have been lucky enough to spend the majority of my time on Cozumel in a home only a few blocks from Villas Topaz.

An excellent, professional property management company on Cozumel cares for guests at Villas Topaz, gives them an orientation to the villa, answers their questions, provides maid service and handles gardening, pool care and all maintenance issues. The management company even has 24 hour emergency phone numbers should guests need to reach them.

At the same time, I do take a very active interest in making sure that this villa is always in top condition and that guests are provided with a wide range of amenities for their comfort, convenience and enjoyment.
