I am a retired school teacher and use the condo as an ocasional vacation destination. The condo is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. I handle the reservations, key exchanges, contractual issues, repairs, etc.
I take pride in my property and am responsive to any of the condo guests needs. The cleaning lady deals with any onsite questions. She is available, in the building, almost every day.
