I and my partner live in Boston and New York. In mid-2015 we bought our lovely home in Turks and Caicos Islands from its original owner, designer and builder --a construction professional, who lived in Providenciales for 26 years. He regarded this gracious house as the culmination of his Caribean building experience both in its design and attention to materials and finish. We were captivated by its spacious airiness, its tropical breezes and gardens, its privacy, and its echoes of Tuscany.

The builder loved this home, as do we. He named it Rosso di Sera, red of the evening, or sunset. We look forward to sharing this tropical oasis with our friends and with our rental guests.
