We visited Sanibel for the first time over twenty years ago and have since spent most of our Holiday time on the Island. We have stayed in various units in Pointe Santo and we decided to buy B36 when it was marketed for sale. The units with direct sea view units are nice, but most only have a view of the sea and at night nothing. B36 has the benefit of both sea views and views into the lagoon and the beautifully maintained Pointe Santo grounds. As we enjoy eating out in the Lanai throughout the year, this combined with the luxurious accommodation were key reasons for choosing to buy our Condo.
