Yes we do host most beautiful and romantic weddings and all other get to gather events. We can accommodate up to 100-125 guests in our ocean front back yard.

Yes our low season is the winter and peak season is the summer.The off peak rates at at a minimum 2000.00 Dollars/week less than our peak rates.

Yes we do rent on a nightly basis. The fewer nights you rent the higher the rates per night will be.So the nightly rates can vary from 1500-2000.Dollars per night.

How many swimming pools does your property has?.Are they strictly private? Can the swimming pools be heated?

Yes we have two large size 3 ft -8 ft depth swimming pools facing the ocean.One of which can be heated at an additional charge.
