About 20 years ago I left the United States with the intention of spending some months in Italy. I am still here! Together with my husband 14 years ago we found, in an anchient village, the ruins of an old building, plenty of fascination and suggestions for its history connected to a castle, battles, intrigues. We fell in love with it and decided to restore it. Today it is the Residence Il Gavillaccio.
