I bought my first condo, "Parrots Perch" in January, 2001 and it was so much fun to decorate and rent that I bought a second condo, "Surf's Up" in March, 2009. I always try to make them fun places to stay and love the notes I receive from guests when they return their condo key. You would be surprised how many people have told me that the Gulf Shores area is their "Happy Place" as it is also my Happy Place!
