No, it is just 2 minutes walk to the nice little sandy beach that is between the Beach House and the Beach Bar.

Some people like to drive the 5kms to Dunmoran Strand for a bigger beach with more action, others walk between the two beaches.

Yes, when the weather is chilly we have the oil heating on timer so that it is on at your expected arrival time. In colder weather we also light the stove and the open fire in advance of your arrival. It seems to be what our guests like most.

No, there is a keysafe at the front door, and we will email or text you with the code so that you can arrive at any time. We like an esimated time of arrival though so that we can have heating / fire / stove set for you.

Yes pets are welcome. There are tiles / hardwood floors thoughout so we don't mind dogs downstairs. Dogs themselves love the space, the garden and the walks at the beach. We don't allow them near bedrooms though.

Absolutely, it is just 5 minutes. And what a lovely scenic walk across to the pub, just enough sea air to give you an appetite! Another option is to drive around to the pub and leave the car if you have a few too many!

Yes. There is a menu at the house and you can ring your order over. Lots of our guests with young children do that. We drop the plates back after you leave if you dont!
