I am a 60 year old nurse married to a physician. We restored this beautiful 1920's property with the plan of eventually making it into a B&B and the grounds as venue for social event.We rented out the cottages to winter Texans but we would like to have tenants the rest of the year. We never had any tenant who did not like the place which is a picturesque Spanish Hacienda . My husband and I have helped our tenants with their health needs and who could beat having a doctor and a nurse as landlords!
