We are snowbirds who live up north and finally get to enjoy some nice weather here in the summer months so we rent the condo out during the summer and then use it some in the winter when it's 20 below here!! I think you will find the condo and New Symrna Beach to be very charming and the people are very friendly. There is a full time management team on site to help you with anything you may need, but the condo is fully furnished with everything you need to have an awesome beach vacation!
