We are a middle age couple who decided to rennovate our inherited farmhouse and offer it as a rental rather than tear it down. We sure are glad we chose to rennovate. We are sure you will find The Bella Vista Guset House a clean and comfortable "home base" when you visit the Finger Lakes area, whether you come to enjoy the excitement of Watkins Glen International, to sample the local wines. tour the famous gorge or to enjoy the abundant natural beauty of the area. My husband works full time at Cornell University. I am retired so taking care of the guest house including the decorating, cleaning and landscaping is what I do in addition to running our household. We live about 6 miles from our guest house and are available 24hrs./day to address any concerns that might arise.
