I'm 55 years old living in Mechanicsville, Virginia My husband and I live and work within an hour of the Romantic Tappahannock Cottage that we rent out every summer. We also have rental properties in Virginia Beach, Virginia and Micco, Florida near Vero Beach. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs.We deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home! All are kept immaculate. All are near great entertainment venues.We provide all our renters with office , home and cell numbers. Our renters vacation enjoyment is our top priority and we want them to be able to communicate should the need arise.
