My family and I grew up in Southern California and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2002 where my wife and I have raised our children. We have all experienced a wonderful life here and encourage any traveler to stop by and experience for themselves what this great area has to offer.

This area is truly one of the most amazing landscapes we have ever seen. Sandpoint is a neat, eclectic town with so much to do and sites to see. The properties at the Idaho Club are amazing, well maintained and safe. The only private, gated neighborhood, close to town, shopping and the great outdoors. There are so many reasons we love it here at the Idaho Club but one of the things top on our list is how safe and private but yet so close to all the action.

What makes this house unique

Pristine mountain setting, wild life, close to skiing at Schweitzer, which was just names top 12 ski mountain in the world by the 'World Property Channel.
