Daryl and Mary Lou Kaupe are the happy owners of Penthouse #5 and live in Petaluma, California. Their passion is fishing and both belong to the Bassmaster Lunker Club.
Though years from retirement (Daryl is an auto technician in Santa Rosa,CA) they spend as much free time as possible with their friends at Condo Moona.

"We started visiting Puerto Vallarta in 1992 but it took us 14 years to discover Bucerias. We immediately fell in love with the town, it's friendly people, the beautiful beach and knew that this is where we would retire. That day can't come soon enough!"
