Your hosts Allan,an engineer and Lee a teacher,retired from our full time work around 6 years ago. We discovered that all we retired from was the necessity of rising early and the absolute joy of following our particular interests. Living on Stewart Island only 14 years ago has led to a range of activities and now there doesn't seem to be enough time to do those. They say if you go to bed thinking "I must finish that tomorrow," then you will probably live a long and happy life and we do.
