I have lived in Hawaii for 40 years. I purchased my Oahu North Shore beachfront home in 1972. My home has been licensed by the State of Hawaii since 1987. I personally handle all the rentals, and, with the help of my caretaker who lives nearby, we meet the needs of each of our renters. Our many return guests come back for the beauty of Hawaii and the warmth and comfort of Hale Moana, the house of the sea.
