Colony Realty Corporation has specialized in Hatteras vacations since 1968. Colony has been exclusively a family vacation company since its foundation, and continues that tradition today.
Here at Colony, you won't find any "mini-hotels". We have chosen to specialize in smaller, affordable homes, best suited to one and two family groups. We feel very strongly, that in this way, we can preserve the historical uniqueness of the "Hatteras Experience". We pledge to make your stay with us the most unique vacation experience possible.
