Kirk Beatley is a native Washingtonian who bought this house from relatives in 2008 which he then meticulously restored and renovated. This lovely Victorian house has been in the family since 1905 when his great grandmother and her daughter purchased the house so that the daughter could raise their large family on Capitol Hill. Now a new generation of Washingtonians would like you to have the opportunity of experiencing life on Capitol Hill.
