My wife and I purchased this home in 2017. We owned another Sea Pines rental since 2009 and upgraded to oceanfront when this home became available. In winter 2018 we renovated most of the lower level to bring it up to the modern style of the main level. We also resurfaced the pool and installed all new pool equipment in March 2018. We hope you choose our home for your vacation and we are confident you will not be disappointed if you do.
