Louise and René are the proud owners of Andante. The name of the property comes from a musical term meaning - relaxed treading slowly. This "mood" is exactly what drew us to this particular part of France. With busy careers in The Netherlands it is great to get away and enjoy the different pace of life this piece of France offers. On top of that we are true francophiles and enjoy sharing our property with like-minded guests.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We actually never intended to own a second home in France, but when friends of ours decided to put their farm house - dating back to 1850 - on the market, we went down to have a closer look and never looked back. Now, little over 3 years on, we spend as much time as possible there and with the advantage that the property is actually made up of two separate houses we're able to rent out the gite throughout the main holiday periods without necessarily having to forego our own time there.
