Native to Puerto Rico, Jose Luis Quiñones the owner of Sunset Paradise Villas has been passionate about the Ocean since his early age as a Surfer in Toa Baja. Naturally born a business man, Jose Luis started his first business as a teenager building and confecting customised surf boards for Surfers from all over the Island. As an entrepreneur, constantly looking for new opportunities Quiñones ventured in the Construction and Steel Building Industry, developing a successful company which he ran as President and Project Manager for the early years of his professional career. However, being always true to his passion, the young Quiñones moved closed to the beach in the early 2000 to develop the first Surfers House in the Island’s North Shore in Vega Alta and Isabela, the first “All Inclusive Surfing Tour in Puerto Rico”. Shortly after, he developed La Villa in Aguada, the first vacation rental property exclusively dedicated to Surfing in P.R., where he welcomed Surfers from all over the world and began his first steps as a Tourism Host in the North Western side of Puerto Rico. Always evolving and keeping up with the trends of the Market, in mid 2020 Quiñones had the opportunity to acquire Sunset Paradise Villas, an exclusive private property directly on the water in the beautiful town of Rincón, for which he fell completely in love after watching and experiencing the beautiful and magnificent Sunset you can only appreciate in this side of the Island.

After the acquisition of the property, Quiñones wasted no time in beginning to enhance the experience offered at the property. From renovations to the Villas accommodations and designs to the selection of water sports equipment and programs launched for all guests, the new owner came quickly to transform the Sunset Paradise Villas to offer a World Class experience for guests of all ages.
