My wife and I worked extensively with the architect to design a property that would be ideal for the warm climate of the Pacific Ocean. Open areas, cross wind, local materials, personalized details and all the convenience of a house to meet the needs of an experienced traveler. We had young children so there are many areas tailored to kids, and as they grew older the ping pong table, pool or 4WD bikes are the best attractions.
