Welcome to Colorado Mountain Rentals in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and meet Tom, Suzie and Finnegan. We moved to Steamboat in the summer of 2002 to enjoy the mountains, be part of the community and started a small management company. When you don't find us at home, we're either on the mountain skiing or biking the countryside. Finnegan can be found swimming in the local pond anytime of the year!

Tom and Suzie manage a small selection of condos, townhomes and private homes for homeowners who wish to share their homes here in Steamboat. We have everything from our (1) bedroom affordable condos to our luxury (4) and (5) Bedroom private homes.

Steamboat is where the term "Champagne Powder" was coined and we average 333 inches a ski season. In the winter Steamboat offers downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, tubing, sleighriding and or just relaxing in the hot tub. If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on 3000 acres of outrageous terrain or kayak the roaring Yampa or fish on one of the many rivers and creeks or just hike around in one of the National Forest trails in the area.
