Greetings from the owners, Marty & Nita Kemsley.

We bought this 2 acre property in 2006, with an eye toward early retirement and the dream of running a small eco-friendly, culturally pleasing B&B. However due to on going economic difficulties in the US, the grand scheme of our plan is now developing at a much slower pace than we had hoped for. The Casita, as an independent eco-rental, marks the completion of Phase One of our vision and Phase Two, will Include the spanish colonial style hacienda, with two upscale rental cabinas, half moon swimming pool with volcano view, hot tub, road improvements and additional landscaping. The Casita is eco-friendy, we operate totally off the grid, using only natural herbicides, natural spring water and hydro-electric power.
