We are a middle age couple originally from Spain living in San Juan, PR for the last 10 years. We do like our properties and feel pride of giving the best to our customer. We have 3 wonderful apartments 20 steps to one of the most beautiful urban beaches we ever seen. Two of the properties share a private roof top swimming pool with BBQ and amazing sunsets watching the ocean, the other has 2 patios and a small terrace in the Master. You do not need passport to come to PR if you are an American citizen, and we have a year round good weather.
