We love Tahoe and have been coming for years. For our family condo, I love the central location with quick access to the Lake, skiing and nightlife, all set amongst pines. I'm sure you will agree! We bought this condo because it's close to the convenient stores (Raley's), restaurants, and casinos. It's a very convenient location for summer and winter activities. For example, it is a short 1 minute drive to Heavenly's California lodge. That itself is priceless! No need to worry about wasting time walking there. Get on the fast lift and off you go, this is where locals go from.

Our family members are from London and San Francisco, so we are very used to walking to places, we specifically looked to buy a condo in Tahoe that is walking distance to everything. If you enjoy having nice stroll, then this is it for you! There are also parking spaces for people who prefer to drive!
