We purchased this condominium this year as a second home and we look forward to spending some time throughout the year and maybe longer in a few years time when we retire.

We came to Nicaragua and rented condo 404A – the one a floor below – and we really liked the development and Nicaragua. We looked at other properties and developments and without a doubt none compared to the condominiums in LA TALANGUERA.
