Greetings from the island! I have owned and rented this property for the past 10 years and it has been a popular destination with what are now becoming "regulars" annually. The Condo is located in a property of only 6 total units which are owner-occupied. This makes it a reliably quiet, relaxing place for your vacation. We work on a rental contract that requires 1/2 of the total within 7 days of reserving the property, and the remaining 1/2 due 30 days prior to occupancy.
