We live in the Annapolis MD area, and have traveled all around the Carribean, but fell in love with Ambergris Caye Belize. The people are extremely friendly, the island is safe, and English is spoken by most. The fishing, snorkeling and diving are second to none. You can take a day trip into Belize to enjoy the jungle, zip lining and exploring the many Mayan ruins.
