I'm 53 years old, originally from Germany but working and living for the last 18 years in St. Petersburg.

The flat is used by us during the year and can be rented only during June, July and August. During all other month we are living in that apartment by ourselves.

The minimum stay is 4 nights. However other requests might be considered as well.
