We are long-time residents of Victoria and really enjoy the James Bay area. We purchased this house a few years ago and renovated & furnished it. Trish is an interior designer and Rick is a builder. Palmer House has been a joy to transform and we have truly enjoyed meeting many wonderful guests from all over the world when they come to stay at our vacation house.
