We are two retired Naval Officers that remodeled and updated this house the past 10 years. We felt it was the perfect house to raise our 4 children. We thought we would live in the house the rest of our lives. However, our youngest daughter has special needs and we had to move to another neighborhood with a public school that could accomodate her special needs. We still live less than 10 minutes from this house. We do miss the house and hopefully, we may one day move back. We are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. This property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home.
