I have been traveling to the California coastal town of Gualala ((Sea Ranch) for many years from my home in Chico and have been renting my ocenview home on the bluff overlooking the Pacific since 95. Our Cabo San Lucas property at Sunset Beach compliments the cold Northern Pacific with the balmy warm waters of the Mexican Pacific. I love sharing these wonderful spots on the Earth with others who appreciate how beautiful they are. Nobody "owns" these views. We are priviliged to share them.
