Luxury Holiday Home now with new decking area and HOT TUB. Sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Bevan House has recently been renovated to a very high standard and has all the modern amenities you could possibly wish for such as free wi fi, dishwasher, washing machine with drier, along with the washing powder and dishwasher tablets and soap, shampoos and bubble bath. All beds are ready made up for your arrival and towels included. If you let us know what time you will be arriving we will even have the wood burner lit ready for you. If you want to have food delivered to the house prior to your arrival the post code is LD1 5RT and by prior arrangement we can unpack the Tesco/Asda delivery for you and put into fridge/Freezer ready for you. In any case there is always Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk and fresh Bread awaiting you at Bevan House.
